Leslie Reddy

Leslie Reddy is a twelve year veteran of the design industry. Her classic sense of style was born in her early work as a design consultant at Ethan Allen. Earning the "Rookie of the Year" award at one of their five national showrooms, Leslie's passion was recognized immediately.

Her interest in design and space planning led her to a local Cleveland Design-Build firm specializing in renovations. With a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions, Leslie's timeless yet functional designs earned her numerous local and regional NARI and PRO awards.

In 2006, she was honored with a national Chrysalis award for kitchen design.

Featured both in Cleveland Magazine and Stone Dimensions, Leslie is a highly active member of the Greater Cleveland NKBA and HBA. She has simultaneously held positions as VP of NKBA Membership and co-chaired/chaired the HBA Associates Advisory Council in 2008-2009.

Lonny Levenson

Lonny Levenson is an award-winning kitchen designer. Well-schooled in interior space design through The Ohio State University's College of Industrial Design, Lonny balances his traditional principles with a penchant for breaking the rules. The result is spaces that are unique and visually pleasing yet fully functional.

His risk-taking has been commended several times with multiple Cleveland Choice and North Coast Building Industry awards.

Lonny is highly regarded for his ability to turn his clients' wish lists into reality by injecting elegance and personality into a space without sacrificing practicality.

Concetta Meconi

Concetta Meconi brings over twenty years of extensive design and trending knowledge to the KraftMaid Experience.

While working for Masco Corporation, one of the world's largest manufacturers of brand name products in the home improvement and new home construction markets, she was involved in a myriad of projects. Most notably, Concetta provided design expertise for a three year historic restoration project at the Detroit Ferry Street Inn. Her work there garnered awards from The National Trust for Historic Preservation and Preservation Wayne.

In addition, she was involved in other high profile projects. Concetta helped design and renovate the Governor of Michigan's private and summer residences for two administrations. She likewise worked with renowned designer, Carlteon Varney, and his staff from Dorothy Draper Designs in New York City and the Smith Group from Detroit to renovate the Masco suite at the Grand Hotel on famous Mackinac Island.

Concetta proudly represented Masco as a board member for the International Furnishing and Design Association (IFDA) for fourteen years.

Rebecca Philipson

Rebecca Philipson has a true passion for design. Formally trained in interior design at Virginia Marti College of Art and Design, she was nationally recognized for outstanding academic achievement. Once outside of the classroom, Rebecca immediately brought her artistic vision and space planning to life through her detailed 3D renderings.

An active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Rebecca has been well-recognized locally and regionally for her design work.

Rebecca spent more than five years as a project designer specializing in residential renovations. Her keen design style perfectly complements her enthusiasm for space planning and penchant for well-functioning spaces.

Experience in Management

Deborah Keene

Deborah Keene brings an eclectic mix of talent to the KraftMaid Experience. After graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Deborah managed a number of multi-store, high-end women's specialty boutiques including Cache', Lillie Rubin and The Icing.

For the past ten years, she has been a mainstay in KraftMaid's Human Resources department working in numerous capacities. Most recently, Deborah has been responsible for talent acquisition as the Manager of Professional Relations and Staffing.

With a fine-tuned eye for style and thorough understanding of KraftMaid's products and operational model Deborah is a natural fit to manage the KraftMaid Experience.
